# Can we visit your datacenters?

|| Yes, it's possible in certain cases. It depends on the datacenter and the country in question. We can always pass on your request, some sites accept supervised visits.

## It depends on the site and the country

The datacenters we use are partner sites, each with its own access rules. Depending on the country and the operator, a supervised visit may be possible, subject to conditions. So there's no single answer. Tell us which site you're interested in, and we'll let you know what's feasible.

## A datacenter is not a museum!

And that's precisely what makes it secure! If anyone could walk in and move around freely, it would no longer be a safe place for your data. Restricted access isn't administrative red tape, it's protection. **Badges, biometrics, successive physical doors, 24/7 human presence:** all of this exists so that only the right people can get near the servers. So when a visit does take place, it's supervised, logged, and confined to defined zones. That's normal, and actually a good sign!

## How to make a request

If you'd like to visit, or if an on-site inspection is part of your requirements (audit, compliance, due diligence), let us know. **We'll pass the request on to the datacenter concerned and get back to you on what's possible.** And if a physical visit isn't feasible at a given site, we can provide other elements instead: infrastructure documentation, Tier III level, security measures in place, and a discussion with our technical team.
