# My mailbox is full: why am I no longer receiving emails, and how do I free up space?

|| Each mailbox has a quota, meaning a maximum storage capacity, set by your domain administrator. Once this quota is reached, your mailbox stops receiving new messages: they are automatically bounced back to the sender with an error such as « Mailbox is full » and no longer reach your mailbox.

### How do I free up space?

* Log in to your webmail at `https://webmail.` followed by your domain name (for example, `https://webmail.mapetiteentreprise.re`)
* In the "**Other Webmail Features**" section, choose "**Manage Disk Usage**"
* Click the "**Manage**" button for the mailbox you want to clean up.
* Choose the preset criteria to delete old messages or large messages:
