How to retrieve your missing invoices?

Your invoices are automatically sent by email to the address you provided during registration.


That said, if you are missing some invoices or have lost them, you can easily find them:


  • Log in to your client area
  • In the "My Account" menu, choose "My Invoices"
  • In the list, click on the invoice you want to retrieve
  • Once the invoice details are displayed, you can click "Download" in the "Action" section on the right


If you cannot access your client area because you have lost your password, you can reset your password.


Tip: you can also automatically send your invoices by email to your accounting department.
