How to regain access to your account if you lost your password?
Is your email address up to date?
If you have lost your password, and your email address is up to date in your client account, and you have access to your email inbox, the easiest way is to click this link. Once you have entered your email address, you will receive an email to choose a new password.
Is your email address not up to date?
If your client account email address is no longer up to date, or you no longer have access to the mailbox, you must write to us at technique@hodi.host providing evidence to prove that you are the owner of your account for security reasons. In all cases, you will need to provide us with the new email address you wish to use for your account.
Tip: try contacting your IT support to see if they can redirect emails from your client account email address to your current email address, so you can use the automated password reset procedure. You can then change the email address from your client account.
In case of doubt, our technical support may refuse the request or ask for any additional documents it deems necessary. Thank you for your understanding, as access to your client account provides access to all your services, so we take all necessary precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
