Do you own the datacenters?

No. We don't build or own the datacenters where we host your data. We work with partner datacenters, selected country by country. And that's a deliberate choice.

Our business is managed services, not buildings

Building and operating a datacenter is a business in its own right, demanding and capital-intensive, that others do very well. Ours is what runs on top of the infrastructure: 24/7 monitoring, automation, backups, the disaster recovery plan (DRP), security, and human support. We focus our resources and attention where the quality of your service is actually decided.

Several datacenters per country, not all our eggs in one basket

Not owning them lets us work with several datacenters in the same country. We're not tied to a single site. This spread is a resilience asset: if one datacenter runs into a problem, we're not trapped behind a single point of failure.

Our datacenters are partners

The datacenters we work with are partners. They operate the building, the power, the cooling, the connectivity. We operate the managed service on top. Sometimes they're also competitors on certain building blocks. But our businesses remain distinct, to the point that some of them offer our services to their own business customers.

Staying agile

Because we don't depend on owning any physical building block, we keep the freedom to move quickly. If a site runs into trouble, we can mobilize resources in another datacenter to maintain the continuity of your service. That's a flexibility a provider tied to a single datacenter doesn't have.

What does this change for you?

  • Your data is hosted in selected Tier III datacenters, with the same quality of service everywhere.
  • If a site runs into difficulty, we're free to mobilize another datacenter to keep your service running.
  • Our resources go toward your service (support, backup, DRP), not toward managing a building.
