How do I add my WhatsApp number to my account?

For security reasons, you must link your WhatsApp number to your Hodi account so we can identify you when you contact us.

From your profile

1. Log in to your client area
2. Click My Profile in the top menu
3. In the Change WhatsApp number section, enter your number
4. Click Save Changes

When creating your account

The WhatsApp field is available directly in the registration form. Fill it in when you create your account.

Why add my WhatsApp number?

Without a WhatsApp number linked to your account, we cannot verify your identity or securely process your requests via WhatsApp. By linking it, we can be sure we are chatting with an authorised person on the account.
