How to remove an email from the spam inbox?
To remove a message from spam, follow these steps:
- Log in to your webmail.
- Open the "Junk" folder.
- Click on the relevant email.
- In the top right corner, click the "Not Junk" button.
The message will then be removed from spam and moved back to your inbox.
What happens after clicking "Not Junk"?
By clicking "Not Junk", you tell the spam filter that this message is legitimate.
The filter will then learn that future emails from this address should not be considered as spam, which improves detection going forward.
Does this permanently prevent messages from this address from going to spam?
This greatly reduces the risk, but does not provide an absolute guarantee.
The filter analyses several criteria (message content, sending server reputation, technical configuration, etc.). However, marking a message as Not Junk helps the system recognise future emails from this address as legitimate.
