How to configure anti-spam?
Spam filters allow you to sort or delete unwanted emails. Your hosting at Hodi uses SpamAssassin to analyze emails and assign a spam score based on certain characteristics. antispam
Configuration
To access the configuration, log in to your cPanel then in the "Email" section, choose "Spam Filters"

Check the "Process New Emails and Mark them as Spam" box to identify potential spam. SpamAssassin will examine each message for spam characteristics and assign a spam score. This spam score helps determine the likelihood that a message contains spam.
You can then choose to move spam to a separate folder with the "Move New Spam to a Separate Folder (Spam Box)" option, or delete them with the "Automatically Delete New Spam (Auto-Delete)" option. We do not recommend automatically deleting spam, as you would have no way to recover a deleted message. If you choose neither option, messages identified as spam will remain in your inbox.
Adjusting the spam filter sensitivity
If you find that too many or too few messages are being marked as spam, you can change the "Spam Threshold Score" by clicking the appropriate link. The higher the score, the fewer spam messages will be blocked:

Determining the spam score of an email
In the "Email" section of cPanel, choose "Track Delivery", enter the recipient's address that received a message to analyze, then click "Show All":

In the list below, you will find the various messages received. Simply locate the message by the time you received it (note: some bulk sending tools have a sender address different from what you see in your email client):

You can then adjust the spam score based on the level of filtering you wish to apply for your users by following the configuration instructions above.
