Your site displays a "This site can't be reached" error

When you access your website, if you get a "This site can't be reached" error (ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT or ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED), there can be several causes:

• a problem with **your Internet connection

• maintenance or a problem on our infrastructure:
• we invite you to check the network status to see ongoing operations
• we invite you to check the availability of our services to verify if our systems are operational

• a block of your IP address by our firewall:

• we invite you to use our IP address unblocking tool which allows you to check if your IP is blocked and unblock it if necessary

(the tool will tell you why your IP address was blocked)

In any case, our technical support remains at your disposal if needed. If the network status or availability indicates a problem, our engineers are already working on resolving it.

For the curious, our client area and technical support architecture is separate from the rest of our infrastructure so it remains accessible even during maintenance on our infrastructure. This allows us to respond and help you continuously. Availability is monitored by a third-party made in France tool (Hyperping) that alerts our on-call teams by SMS in case of an alert.
