Can we visit your datacenters?

Yes, it's possible in certain cases. It depends on the datacenter and the country in question. We can always pass on your request, some sites accept supervised visits.

It depends on the site and the country

The datacenters we use are partner sites, each with its own access rules. Depending on the country and the operator, a supervised visit may be possible, subject to conditions. So there's no single answer. Tell us which site you're interested in, and we'll let you know what's feasible.

A datacenter is not a museum!

And that's precisely what makes it secure! If anyone could walk in and move around freely, it would no longer be a safe place for your data. Restricted access isn't administrative red tape, it's protection. Badges, biometrics, successive physical doors, 24/7 human presence: all of this exists so that only the right people can get near the servers. So when a visit does take place, it's supervised, logged, and confined to defined zones. That's normal, and actually a good sign!

How to make a request

If you'd like to visit, or if an on-site inspection is part of your requirements (audit, compliance, due diligence), let us know. We'll pass the request on to the datacenter concerned and get back to you on what's possible. And if a physical visit isn't feasible at a given site, we can provide other elements instead: infrastructure documentation, Tier III level, security measures in place, and a discussion with our technical team.
