Are backups billed extra?

You get daily backups with no volume-based surcharge, for billing that stays readable and predictable over time.

What's included, concretely

• An automatic nightly backup of each Odoo instance, database and attachments included
• The on-demand backups you trigger yourself from Hodiploy, as often as you need
• 7 backup slots per instance, 6 of which can be locked so they are never replaced by a more recent backup
• Restores, onto the instance itself or into a new instance, self-service from the interface
• Storage off your server, on infrastructure dedicated to that purpose

None of this is billed by volume or per operation.

And if I need more?

If your business requires a deeper history than 7 sets, or a specific retention policy, let's talk: that is handled case by case rather than on a meter.
