How do I recover access to my account if I've lost my password?
Is your email address up to date?
If you've lost your password, and your email address is up to date in your client account, and you have access to your mailbox, the simplest option is to click this link. Once you've entered your email address, you'll receive an email to choose a new password.
Is your email address not up to date?
If the email address on your client account is no longer up to date, or you no longer have access to that mailbox, you'll need to write to us at technique@hodi.host, providing evidence that you're the actual owner of the account, for security reasons. In all cases, you'll need to let us know the new email address you'd like to use for your account.
Tip: try contacting your IT support team to see if they can forward emails from your client account's email address to your own email address, so you can use the automated password reset process. You can then change the email address from your client account.
If in doubt, our technical support team may refuse the request or ask for any additional documents they consider necessary. Thank you for your understanding - since access to your client account gives access to all of your services, we take every precaution needed to prevent anyone from fraudulently gaining access to your account.

- a handwritten document, signed by that person, stating that you wish to recover the account
- if the person named on the client account is no longer part of your staff:
- a copy of the ID of one of the company's legal representatives, with a signed statement declaring that the copy provided is valid
- a handwritten document, signed by one of the legal representatives, stating that the person named on the client account is no longer part of your staff and that you wish to recover the account
- Association
