I am a Webcup participant

For several years, Hodi has been proud to be the official partner of Webcup to provide high-performance, eco-responsible, and local hosting infrastructure. In 2025, we are going even further: each team now benefits from direct access to a server located as close as possible to their location — in Reunion Island, Mauritius, or Madagascar — for optimal responsiveness and unmatched working comfort throughout the competition.

Once the competition is over, if you enjoyed the experience of Hodi's local servers, we have designed an exclusive offer MINISITE WEBCUP for former competitors like you! It includes everything in the standard MINISITE plan, plus NodeJS, Python, and Ruby support, because we know you love these technologies, as well as SSH / Terminal access

And of course, the price is the same: \u20ac9.90 per month (or Rs 495 for Mauritians and Rodriguans), with a free domain name and 10 mailboxes!

As part of this partnership, you will benefit from a free cPanel server to publish your creations online. cPanel is a simple and intuitive web interface that makes it easy to manage website hosting, databases, and many other services without advanced technical skills. Your server is managed, secured, backed up, and monitored throughout the competition.

Here is how to get started with your server:

1. How do I create my server at Hodi?

Before you can create your server, your team must be complete, meaning all the participants you invited must have accepted the invitation and completed their registration form on the dashboard.

Your server is created directly by the team captain (and only them) from the 24H by Webcup dashboard at the link https://24h.webcup.fr/dashboard/info-serveur/.

Activating your server may take a few dozen minutes, so you can go grab a coffee (or tea) while Hodi's little robots work for you

2. How do I access my server once it's created?

Once your server is created, you can access it via your 24h by Webcup dashboard at https://24h.webcup.fr/dashboard/info-serveur/:

imply click on the "cPanel Access" button and take note of your cPanel username shown in the same block.

3. I lost my password, how do I reset it?

Please note that the password reset is not done via the "Server Access" button even though there is a link provided for that: it is reserved for Hodi customers.

You must reset your password directly on your 24h by Webcup dashboard, via the link https://24h.webcup.fr/dashboard/info-serveur/:

4. How do I access my server via FTP or SSH?

You can access your server via FTP or SSH:

  • Hostname: your website address
  • Login: same login as cPanel (it is not "root")
  • Password: same password as cPanel
  • Base directory: public_html (except for NodeJS, Python, or Ruby: see the FAQs below)
  • Port: 21 (for FTP) and 22974 (for SSH)
