What does "Registration in progress" mean on my domain name?

A small number of registrars, particularly for the .MQ, .GP and .GF extensions, do not support automated domain name registration. As a result, we have to carry out this step manually after receiving your payment. However, don't worry: we generally process your request within 24 hours of receiving your payment.

For the vast majority of extensions, such as .FR or .COM, registration is fully automated and takes place immediately after your payment is received.
