Can I pay several invoices at once?

If you have several unpaid invoices on your account, you don't have to pay them one by one: Hodi lets you pay them in a single operation. The selected invoices are then combined into a single payment, which simplifies your accounting and reduces the bank fees associated with multiple payments.

Paying several invoices at once

  1. Log in to your client area.
  2. In the My account > My invoices menu, click Pay Now (or go directly to the group payment page).
  3. The list of your unpaid invoices is displayed, each preceded by a checkbox. Check the invoices you want to pay (they are all selected by default). The total due updates automatically with each change.
  4. Choose your payment method, then click Make Payment.
  5. You'll be redirected to the secure payment platform. The selected invoices are combined into a single invoice and paid together.

You can select only some of your invoices: simply uncheck the ones you don't want to pay now. They'll remain unpaid and can be settled later.

Tip — align your due dates: if you'd prefer all your invoices to fall on the same date, so they're automatically grouped together at each renewal, our team can align the renewal dates of your services (with a pro-rata adjustment of the amounts). To request this, contact our customer service team.
