How do I add my WhatsApp number to my account?

For security reasons, you need to link your WhatsApp number to your Hodi account so that we can identify you when you contact us.

From your profile

1. Log in to your Client Area
2. Click My profile in the menu at the top of the page
3. In the Change WhatsApp number section, enter your number
4. Click Save Changes

When creating your account

The WhatsApp field is available directly in the registration form. Fill it in when you create your account.

Why add my WhatsApp number?

Without a WhatsApp number linked to your account, we cannot verify your identity or process your requests securely. By linking it, we can be certain we are communicating with a person authorized on the account.
