What is email address verification?
When you register or transfer a domain name, some registries (the organizations that manage domain names) require us to confirm that your email address is correct. Our domain name partner (GANDI) therefore automatically sends you an email titled "Verification of your email address". This email comes from the address noreply@domainnameverification.net.
Here is the type of email you will receive:
Hello,
You are receiving this message because you are listed as the owner contact for a domain name in a TLD that requires verification of your reachability.
We are verifying your reachability via the email address you provided, namely "contact@mapetitentreprise.re".
To do this, simply click the following link (or paste it into
your browser if your email client does not support links):
https://domainnameverification.net/?hash=abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz
For security reasons, you will never be asked for a password
during this process.
It is very important that you confirm your email address is working
correctly. Without this confirmation, the domain name(s)
associated with this email address as owner contact will be deactivated.
Regards
This step is required for .COM and most international domains, but not for .RE and .FR. If you registered or filed an international domain and have not received this email, you can contact our technical support so we can resend the email to you.
You have 15 days to verify your email, otherwise your domain will be suspended by the relevant registry.
