My site shows a "This site can't be reached" error

When you access your site, if you get a "This site can't be reached" error (ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT or ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED), there can be several causes:

• a problem with your Internet connection
• maintenance or an issue with our infrastructure:
• we invite you to check the network status to see ongoing operations
• we invite you to check the uptime of our services to verify whether our systems are operational
• a block on your IP address by our firewall:
• we invite you to use our IP address unblocking tool which lets you check whether your IP is blocked and unblock it if needed

(the tool will tell you why your IP address was blocked)

In any case, our technical support remains available if you need it. If the network status or uptime page shows an issue, our engineers are already working on fixing it.

For the curious, note that the architecture of our client area and technical support is separate from the rest of our infrastructure, so it stays accessible even during maintenance on our infrastructure. This lets us respond to and help you continuously. Uptime is monitored by a made in France third-party tool (Hyperping), which alerts our on-call teams by SMS in the event of an alert.
